thanks and love your website.I made this tonight and used half yellow and half Dijon and did honey instead of maple syrup. I am working on getting rid of this T2D and am 10 weeks into this WFPB eating. YUM! It’s a keeper and so simple!I am so grateful for you sharing this recipe. I did half yellow, half dijon, maple syrup & red wine vinegar as you suggested. I’ll let you know his reaction after lunch ! It’s so easy you can barely call it a recipe, but this will be your new go-to for a quick and easy dip.

Serve it with baked sweet potato (cook at the same time as the chicken) and sautéed spinach. Which is why I came up with the 3 Ingredient Honey Mustard Chicken. This recipe only takes 5 minutes to prepare and then it’s roasted in the oven for 25 minutes.
