In the lawsuit, they say "some media outlets have flown drones a mere 20 feet above the house as often as three times a day." Harry … Harry and Meghan say they took extensive measures to ensure their privacy at their new home in the L.A. area -- including putting a large mesh fence around the property to guard against telephoto lenses. Prince Harry also took legal action against some U.K. tabloids last year with regard to "the illegal interception of voicemail messages.". Harry is suing The Sun and The Mirror newspapers for allegedly hacking his phone back when he was a teenager. Royal expatriates Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, have filed a lawsuit against Los Angeles paparazzi to stop the "disgusting and wrong" sale of a photograph taken of their 14-month-old son Archie. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court Thursday, is an emotion-filled legal broadside aimed at stopping publication of the photograph, taken by an unknown photographer, and the "manufactured feeding frenzy" caused by the paparazzi. They also say helicopters do fly-overs, and some photogs have cut holes in their security fences.Archie's Mom and Dad point out in the suit, it's their choice when and how they share photos of their boy -- and say they have posted pics of him on social media in order to reduce the "bounty" for paparazzi photos. They're suing for invasion of privacy, and also want an order for the photog to turn over the photos. It further calls to stop further "harassment," against the family, a word used nine times in the 10-page legal filing. The couple "seek no special treatment whatsoever," the papers state, but seek "the right to be left alone in the privacy of their home — a right that is guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the State of California. In some photos, Archie's hair appears to be red like Prince Harry's, while in others it's clear the little one has inherited Markle's brown eyes. "Archie has not been in public, much less in Malibu, since the family arrived here," the lawsuit says.It alleges the picture is mislabeled because the sellers knew it would be unlawful for them to sell a photograph of a child in his own home.
