The latest AMD driver is from Dec 2018 whereas the settings application is from October.The installer wasn't in Program Files, instead I found it where lenovo extracts all their drivers (C:\DRIVERS...). I can fix it by installed Radeon RX 580 Series Version: 27.20.1017.1011 (5/25/2020) but then I try to install latest drivers it goes back to not letting me open it. this way is much better than your hack, because you don’t use … you will see there is an older version running than installed. if someone from Lenovo decides to look into this, please also pass on the iommu ivrs table issue as well as windows power management not setting cpu maximum performance properly. don’t ask why.. after you have got the newest driver the newest radeon software will also start. Well I come back a day later and I can't open up the menu because I get this setting over and over again.
